First meeting of state Congress executive and district presidents, second meeting of newly appointed office bearers of Board of Corporations

abernews Raipur/25 July 2021.  The meeting of State Congress Executive and District President Gan was concluded in the presence of All India Congress Committee's Chhattisgarh in-charge PL Punia, in-charge secretary Dr. Chandan Yadav, Saptagiri Shankar Ulka, State Congress President Mohan Markam.  In the meeting, mainly the organizational activities of the Congress were reviewed, in which the programs run on the instructions of the All India Congress Committee in the matter of inflation and Pegasus, the signature campaign, cycle rally, collector and Raj Bhavan foot march program were reviewed.  Along with this, the progress of the District Congress buildings being built in the districts was reviewed and by preparing a strategy for the promotion of public interest works being run by the state government, necessary instructions and targets were given to all the office bearers, district heads and in-charges.

Addressing the meeting, Chhattisgarh in-charge P.L.  Punia said that this meeting is important.  We now have to start preparations for the 2023 assembly elections, 2024 Lok Sabha elections.  The work of making booth committees in all the districts has to be done on a war footing.  The work of making booth committees is not only on the trust of the block presidents, but senior leaders, district presidents will have to be formed by monitoring themselves.  Everyone has to work as a team with utmost sincerity.  Whether it is MLA, District President, or Block President, everyone should have a goal to win the election.  He said that the government is doing good work and it is the responsibility of the organization to take it to the public.  Make yourself aware of all government schemes and give them to the public.

State Congress President Mohan Markam said that we all have to strengthen the organization and take the works of the government to the people.  In December, more than 23000 booth committees should be reconstituted, for this review will be done every month.  Respect will be given to three such districts of the entire state who will reconstitute the booth committee before time.  He said that it is the important responsibility of the organization that the work that our government is doing in public interest should be made available to the people, the public should get the benefits of government schemes.  Be sure.  He said that it is a matter of pride that the government is planning for every section and is implementing it honestly.

Secretary-in-charge Dr. Chandan Yadav said that everyone has to realize their responsibility.  There should be no laxity in the construction of Rajiv Bhawan.  Chhattisgarh will be the only state in the whole of India where all the districts will have party offices.

The program done by the Congressmen regarding inflation was tremendous.  Congress did this program as the voice of the people.  Further, the program of formation of booth committee has to be taken seriously to promote the schemes of the government.  We have to expose the anti-people policies of the BJP at the Centre.

In-charge secretary Saptagiri Shankar Ulka said that the outreach program is not a political work of the Congress.  Through this program, Congress is discharging its social responsibility, we want to be a participant in the misery of the people.  Congress does not consider politics as a means to gain power.  Our aim is to make a difference and help people.  All the workers have to work according to the spirit of the party.  Our government has done a great job in Chhattisgarh during the Corona period.  Congress had won Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan elections in 2018.  In 2019, BJP has snatched victory from Congress by using Pegasus software.  BJP has killed democracy.  The mood of the country is against Modi.

Minister Shivkumar Dahria said that the booth committee and workers played an important role in the formation of the government in Chhattisgarh.  Publicity of government schemes should be prominent.  Fulfilled 25 promises out of 36 of the government.  Our government has fulfilled the promise made to the farmers, youth and every citizen of the state.  2800 to the farmers in the coming time.  Price per quintal will be Rs.  BJP propagates lies, we have to propagate truth and works of public interest.

State Congress Treasurer Ram Gopal Agrawal informed about the progress report of the Rajiv Bhawan construction work of the District Congress Committee offices being built in the districts.
