abernews Jammu। The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Saturday conducted raids in Jammu and Kashmir in connection with the seizure of powerful explosive devices from Sunjwan and the arrest of two Lashkar-e-Mustafa group terrorists.

 NIA teams conducted surprise raids in RC-01/21/NIA/JMU (Kunjwani case) and 04/21/NIA/JMU (Bhatindi IED recovery case) cases in the early hours of Saturday.  Let us tell you that raids are going on in Jammu and Kashmir regarding two different cases.  One case is of the seizure of IED from Jammu on June 27 and the other is the arrest of Lashkar-e-Mustafa terrorists.  While raids are being conducted in Shopian and Anantnag in Kashmir region.

 It is noteworthy that on June 27, the police had arrested a terrorist with arms, ammunition and 5 kg IED from Narwal in Sunjwan.  With this arrest, the attempt to carry out a major terrorist incident in the city failed.  After this, the NIA team arrested two terrorists of Lashkar-e-Mustafa group on 22 July.
